Conrad is Wild Pear Catering's Chief Creator and Chef and is an expert in all aspects of catering. Conrad was the in-house chef for top law firm DLA Piper, where he worked for ten years looking after clients, employee functions and external events. Conrad's meticulous attention to detail has seen him work in some of Auckland's top hotels and wineries around the North Island and select festivals.
Conrad's passion is weddings, special events and corporate functions. With Wild Pear Catering enjoying regular bookings from repeat customers, Conrad works tirelessly to create perfection no matter the request. Over the last twenty-five years, Conrad has satisfied the palates of New Zealand's most demanding customers.
